We are your multidisciplinary creative team dedicated to realising your artistic vision. From directing and producing visuals, defining and maintaining your visual branding, writing creative concepts, developing release plans, defining your social media strategy, helping you with marketing, artist development, together with artist support and confidence building - WeAreAllAlike will be with you every step of the way to help keep you and your projects on track.
WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR?
Our Artist Services are for the independent artist who wants the benefits of a manager without the limitations, the consistent support of a creative team without the high costs of individual hiring, and the industry expertise to develop as an artist while maintaining complete autonomy over every step of the way. You decide how long we work together, whether it be one release campaign or an ongoing partnership.
We understand that when you are self-funded, every investment must count. You receive the advice, expertise, and skills of industry experts, while you make your own creative decisions, build and hold onto your own networks, and retain the freedom to pivot and lead your vision as it's actualised. Because we believe in partnership over pressure, you have the flexibility to scale your support as your project grows, without ever having to worry about giving up percentages or being tied to third parties after our working relationship ends.

OUR DEPARTMENTS
FILM AND PHOTO PRODUCTION
We have over a decade of experience in directing and editing music videos, album artwork, press shots, visualisers, social media content, documentary work, live performance and behind-the-scenes footage. We assist in all areas of your visual needs, helping to develop your vision and your creative ideas as well as execute them with ease.
In House services include: Directing, Photography, Videography, Photo & Film Post-Production, Creative Direction, Art Direction, Set Design, Creative Writing, Choreography & Movement Direction, Brand Asset Design.
BRANDING AND STRATEGY
This is the part many creatives find overwhelming but we actually love it, as it’s where your creativity meets impact; We help you define, develop and maintain your visual branding, we develop your social media strategy, we provide creative and strategic assistance to align you with your goals and desired outcomes, we create and develop pitch decks for brand collaborations and help you to outwardly communicate who you are as an artist, what you stand for, as we support you with creative ideas and promotional strategies for upcoming releases. We aim to ensure the entire process is easy and enjoyable, placing creativity at the forefront.

ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
We don’t want to mould you, we want to empower you. We bring Artist Development back to where it should be: developing the artist’s own vision and modes of expression. Whether you require support with expanding and pushing the boundaries of your live performances, your photo and video shoots or your ability to work authentically in the studio, finding and defining your signature clothing, movement or songwriting style, we can assist via personalised coaching sessions specifically designed with your needs and artistic aspirations in mind

THE ESSENTIAL PLAN

You receive 12 hours of work per month from any of our in house services across all departments: Film & Photo Production, Branding & Strategy, Artist Development. How the hours are used is decided together at the start of each month and adjusted where needed during our complimentary weekly meetings.

Each week we'll have a complimentary 30min meeting either online or in person at our London based studios.
THE MASTER PLAN

You receive 32 hours of work per month from any of our in house services across all departments: Film & Photo Production, Branding & Strategy, Artist Development. How the hours are used is decided together at the start of each month and adjusted where needed during our complimentary weekly meetings.

Each week we'll have a complimentary 1.5 meeting either online, in person at our London based studios or in Central London.

You'll receive daily check ins via WhatsApp from Mondays - Friday to offer additional support and help keep you and your project on track.

THE SIGNATURE PLAN
