During artist development coaching Couture takes a holistic approach in helping you develop and materialise your creative vision, finding the right strategies to reach and engage your target audience, build community through effective marketing and asset creation, all whilst harnessing and amplifying your own unique creative voice by combining artist development, effective visual communication, confidence building and life coaching. As creatives we are also the product, so supporting the individual is as essential as supporting the project. A thriving mind allows for a thriving business, and without the right frame work we not only risk missed opportunities, but also creative and mental burnout. We help the creative identify their strengths as well as their weak spots, providing tools to facilitate resilience and consistency, so your business not only thrives but authentically serves the vision sustainably.
ABOUT CAT COUTURE
Couture is the Founder of We Are All Alike and has over 20 years of experience working in music, film, photography, TV and writing. Her creative work has been published in Dazed, Wonderland, Rolling Stone, Notion, Cultured and Soho House, including clients within the contemporary art industry such as Gagosian New York and Saatchi Gallery London.
After graduating from film & acting school in 2008, Couture worked as a Model and TV presenter interviewing the likes of Alicia Keys and The Black Eyed Peas whist being flown across the world for campaign photoshoots and runway shows. After signing with Sony Music in 2014, she performing her debut single in front of 7500 people at The NRJ Fashion Night and featured on the covers of Style Magazine & RCKSTR Magazine. in 2017 she founded the London based production company Amoroso Films working with artists such as MOBO award nominee Shae Universe, two time MOBO award winner Guvna B, Kyra and Jake Isaac. As a writer Couture has been a guest writer for EQUATE Magazine and Complex Magazine.

We can have all the skills and talents in the world and all the right strategies at out disposal, but when we lack the confidence to take the steps needed, not only do we lack direction, we can lack the motivation and consistency required to ensure the success of our project.
